I have known James Goodchild for about fifteen years. He sold two houses for me and I bought the one I am now living in, through him. James helped sell our house in Redland… he then secured a rental house for 9 months while our new house was being renovated. Despite so many moving parts, in a fast changing market, the whole experience was smooth when it could have been so stressful… and most importantly there was clear and prompt communication throughout.
