I have known James Goodchild for about fifteen years. He sold two houses for me and I bought the one I am now living in, through him. James helped me through a difficult downsizing complex transition some years ago. I also met with him recently exploring the wisdom of a further house move. With real integrity he advised me against this, really setting my mind at ease, when he could have tried to persuade me to move which would have benefited him but that I can see with hindsight was not sensible. Estate agents are definitely not all rogues!!

James helped sell our house in Redland… he then secured a rental house for 9 months while our new house was being renovated. Despite so many moving parts, in a fast changing market, the whole experience was smooth when it could have been so stressful… and most importantly there was clear and prompt communication throughout.
