Ten years on from our idea in our one-bedroom flat together, our mission remains to bring our awesome tasting preserves and sauces to the people of Bristol and beyond. We are a small batch and independent, now producing around 200,000 units a year by hand in our unit in nearby Kingswood, Bristol.

Our products are now stocked at tens of independent stores, restaurants and bars across the UK, and we are a familiar sight at markets and food festivals across the country. Our range is also available online either directly or via a number of stockists and on our on page you’ll find a delicious selection of recipes incorporating the range.
